Challenge

Slovak sole traders and small companies juggle invoices, expenses, bank statements and VAT returns across separate tools, and structured e-invoicing becomes mandatory in Slovakia from 1 January 2027. We wanted one product that follows Slovak tax rules natively, takes the typing out of bookkeeping with AI, and stays affordable for a one-person business.

Solution

We built vporiadku as a full-stack SaaS: Next.js 16 and React 19 on the front end, NestJS with TypeORM and PostgreSQL behind it, Stripe for subscriptions. A user can type or dictate an invoice in one sentence and AI fills in the form. Supplier PDFs and photos become draft expenses: the text layer is read first, a multimodal model handles scans, and the model's output passes arithmetic, IBAN and range checks before the user confirms it. Invoices carry a Pay by Square QR code built to the Slovak standard and verified by decoding it back with an independent library. Bank statements (camt.053, MT940, CSV) and bank e-mail notifications flow into one pipeline that de-duplicates payments and matches them to invoices. The product also covers ten document types, recurring invoices and reminders, VAT report preparation, simple bookkeeping, stock, fixed assets, a vehicle log book, team roles, a client portal and webhooks.

Results

vporiadku is live at vporiadku.sk with a free plan and a 30-day trial of the paid plan that needs no card. Public claims about the product come from a single internal status file that is checked by running the product rather than by reading the code, and unfinished features are published only as in testing with a target date — such as sending e-invoices over Peppol through a certified partner, targeted for Q4 2026.
