Some of our development operations are performed by team members and contractors located in Ukraine (Kharkiv hub). For these processing activities, data transfers are protected under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) Decision 2021/914 (Module 2, controller-to-processor), supplemented by a Transfer Impact Assessment conducted in accordance with EDPB Recommendations 01/2020. Additional technical and organizational safeguards are applied: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, pseudonymization of client data where possible, and contractual confidentiality obligations.
