The Challenge
Entrello needed a modern ticketing platform that could handle interactive seating plans for venues of different sizes, process payments through Stripe, and support white-label deployments for partner organizations. They also needed mobile ticket scanning via a Capacitor-based Android app.
Our Solution
We built the platform on Next.js 14 with a comprehensive GraphQL API (4,800+ lines of schema). Interactive seat selection was implemented using Konva.js, allowing venue managers to design custom seating layouts. The system includes Stripe payment processing, QR code ticket generation, and a white-label architecture for partner venues. We also set up Playwright E2E testing and built an Electron desktop app for box office use.
The Results
The platform successfully handles ticket sales for multiple Austrian venues. The interactive seating system reduced customer support inquiries about seat locations by over 60%. White-label deployments enabled Entrello to scale their partner network without additional engineering effort.
