Our Story
Complete Solution started in 2018 in Kharkiv as a senior engineering group shipping web and mobile products for European and US clients. The early years built our DNA — long-running engagements with founders, direct collaboration without account-management theater, and a refusal to ship anything we wouldn't be proud of in production.
Through 2020-2023 we expanded across DACH and Benelux, growing the core team around multi-year product engagements with fintech, SaaS, and consumer-tech clients. Our engineering hub stayed in Kharkiv, where we have access to one of Europe's deepest senior talent pools.
In 2024 we established our EU legal entity — Complete solution s. r. o. in Trnava, Slovakia — to serve EU clients directly under EU contract law, GDPR coverage, and timezone overlap with Western Europe.
Today we're 40+ senior engineers: backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, AI/ML, QA, and design — all running through the same six-discipline system. We've shipped SaaS platforms, crypto exchanges, restaurant delivery ecosystems, AI chatbots, and enterprise tools for clients ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies.
