Complete Solution is a Ukrainian-Slovak engineering company, building software and AI products since 2018. 40+ engineers across Trnava and Kharkiv, 40+ shipped projects, clients from fintech to logistics across 20+ countries. We're not an outsourcing body shop — we're the team that stays until your product works.
Our Story
In 2018, three engineers who kept running into each other on freelance gigs across Ukraine and Slovakia decided to stop competing and start collaborating. The first project was a ticketing platform for a German client — delivered two weeks ahead of schedule. That set the tone for everything that followed.
By 2020, we opened our HQ in Trnava, Slovakia — an EU base that gave our clients contract stability, GDPR compliance, and timezone overlap with Western Europe. Our engineering hub stayed in Kharkiv, where we had access to one of Ukraine's deepest talent pools. Even through 2022, not a single project deadline was missed.
Today we're 40+ people: backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, AI/ML, QA, and design — all in-house. We've shipped SaaS platforms, crypto exchanges, restaurant delivery systems, AI chatbots, and enterprise tools for clients ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies.
