White-Label Ordering, POS & Delivery Platform for Cafés
Vitrina is our own platform for cafés and restaurants: an ordering website and app under the venue's brand, a tablet POS, kitchen printing, delivery with a courier app and loyalty — one system, a separate instance for every client, and no share of the venue's revenue.
Challenge
Delivery aggregators bring a café guests but keep them, and take a commission on every order. Everything else — the till, the website, delivery, loyalty, stock — lives in separate tools whose numbers never agree. After building Pyrizhok's system we saw the same gap at independent venues: they need their own ordering channel and one system, without a custom build for each of them.
Solution
We turned the Pyrizhok codebase into a white-label platform. Everything that distinguishes one client from another — name, colours, fonts, home page layout, languages, currency, legal texts and app identity — lives in a brand configuration, so a new venue is a configuration and a deployment, not a fork. Each client gets a separate instance with its own database, domain and payment keys, and guest payments go straight to the venue through LiqPay, monobank, WayForPay or Stripe. One order flows from the website, the app or the table QR code to the kitchen printer, the courier app and the owner's reports. Fiscal receipts go through Checkbox in Ukraine and through certified local services in the EU: Nine Digit eKasa in Slovakia, fiskaly in Germany, efsta elsewhere.
Results
Pyrizhok runs on Vitrina as client number one, on the same code every client gets. A demo café lets anyone try the guest side with test money — palettes, layouts and a test order included — and the platform is offered to venues in Ukraine and the EU at vitrina.cafe.
