Responsibilities

• Design and train machine learning models
• Build ML pipelines from experimentation to production
• Implement LLM integrations and RAG systems
• Optimize model performance and inference speed
• Collaborate with product teams on AI features
• Stay current with latest ML research
• Mentor team members on ML best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of ML engineering experience
• Strong Python and ML framework proficiency (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience deploying models to production
• Knowledge of LLMs and transformer architectures
• Experience with MLOps practices
• Strong mathematical foundation
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Published ML research
• Experience with computer vision or NLP
• Knowledge of distributed training
• Contributions to ML open-source
