• Partner with department leaders on people strategy

• Conduct onboarding for new hires

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR experience
• HRBP or generalist background
• Knowledge of European employment law
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Confidentiality and discretion
• Problem-solving ability
