Design System Lead

About the Role

Lead the development and evolution of our design system. Build the foundation that enables consistent, scalable product design.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system strategy
• Design and document component libraries
• Establish design tokens and patterns
• Work with engineering on implementation
• Create documentation and guidelines
• Drive design system adoption across teams
• Build and lead the design systems team

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience
• 3+ years working on design systems
• Expert Figma skills including variables
• Understanding of component architecture
• Experience with accessibility standards
• Strong documentation skills
• Leadership and communication abilities

Nice to Have

• Front-end development experience
• Experience with Storybook
• Multi-brand design system experience
• Published design system work
