About the Role

Build high-performance backend systems in Go. Work on distributed systems that handle millions of requests per second with low latency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices in Go
• Build high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Implement robust error handling and logging
• Optimize system performance and resource usage
• Write comprehensive tests and documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Mentor team members on Go best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of Go development experience
• Strong understanding of concurrency patterns
• Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers
• Knowledge of distributed systems principles
• Experience with containerization and orchestration
• Strong debugging and profiling skills
• Experience with observability tools

Nice to Have

• Contributions to Go open-source projects
• Experience with Rust or C++
• Knowledge of database internals
• Background in infrastructure
